Central High International School (CHIS) recently showcased its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility through its second visit to Namadidi on 9th February. The Year 13 (Sixth Form) learners took part in a number of initiatives that aimed to make a positive impact on the local community.
The visit started with a Cholera sensitization program, which aimed to educate the community about the dangers of the disease and how to prevent it. The students also made a donation of books, shoes, clothes, and food items to help support the local community and improve the lives of those in need.
In addition to these activities, the CHIS students also joined the primary school in a tree-planting drive. The drive aimed to help protect the environment and provide the community with a sustainable source of resources for years to come.
The relationship between CHIS and Namadidi is ongoing, and the school is committed to helping the community achieve its educational and nutritional goals for its learners. Through its dedication and continued support, CHIS is helping to create a brighter future for the learners of Namadidi.
Overall, the visit to Namadidi highlights the strong commitment of CHIS to corporate social responsibility and its dedication to making a positive impact on the world.
