If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that students enjoy having their faces painted!
Who would have thought that a human face, with its complicated and uneven features, would become just the right canvass for the artist behind the paintbrush?
The Art & Design Club produced aesthetic and imaginative pieces of artwork for the Face Painting Competition on Wednesday, the 3rd of November.
The level of excellence executed can be summarized by the words of John Lubbock, “Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind. As the sun colours flowers, so does art colour life.”
